Harlem Studio presents: WHITE FLY Thursday, August 16
Introducing the new artists in residence: Susy Blu, Ettore
Greco, and Rob Smith.
Curated by: Raffaele Bedarida
White Fly (August 16) introduces the new Harlem Studio
fellows to New York friends and public. In Italy, the phrase mosca bianca,
or white fly, refers to someone who is out of place, out of context. In the
changing atmosphere of Harlem, these artists hope to thrive.
The three-month period will end with a group
exhibition (September 20), displaying works and
projects accomplished by each artist during his/her
stay in New York.
